With over 18 years in Financial Services industry, Zoe is an experienced non-financial risk professional with involvement across all Three Lines of Defence. From delivering independent assurance, to overseeing compliance of risk frameworks and embedding of risk & control in frontline operations, she has driven practical risk governance across operational, financial crime, regulatory compliance and resilience risks in complex environments. Currently serving as the Head of Third Party Engagement Management in HSBC Australia supporting business in delivering growth strategy, she continues to drive strong risk ownership and control effectiveness across the complex third-party ecosystem
