Kishore Raghavan is the Chief Risk Officer for Ubank, part of the NAB Group. In his role, he leads the risk function across credit, operational, technology and third-party risk, supporting Ubank’s growth as a scalable digital bank. He is focused on enabling fast, risk-informed decision-making whilst maintaining strong customer outcomes, regulatory discipline and operational resilience. Kishore is also actively exploring the role of emerging technologies, including AI, in enhancing risk management - while ensuring appropriate governance and accountability frameworks are in place. Kishore brings global experience in risk management and consumer finance, having worked across Asia, the United States and Latin America, and previously held senior roles within NAB’s Personal Banking business and Citi previously.
