Saj De Silva has worked in both the state and federal government for nearly 20 years across audit, risk, governance and policy roles. He has worked across all three lines of defence across multiple government agencies which includes NSW Treasury, Audit Office, Health and in the Commonwealth at Prime Minister and Cabinet. Saj has been in his current role as Director Risk, Compliance and Audit at NSW Treasury for three years wearing a number of hats and leading a diverse team including most recently involved in uplifting the departments business continuity plans and implementing new crisis management processes.
