Andy leads the Technology Risk function at the digital bank ING Australia and has worked extensively in Risk and Compliance both within Australia and globally. Andy is commercially minded and likes to instill a culture of risk accountability. At ING his role covers Risk Advisory, Controls Assurance, SOX, Regulatory Compliance, Risk in Change, Governance and innovation, such as AI and risk uplift. Andy has also held senior positions leading Risk and Compliance functions at Westpac, Macquarie and CBA.
