Jonathan leads operational risk management for National Australia Bank (NAB) and is a board director of ORX, the largest financial services industry association for the management of operational risk. He has over 30 years of experience in financial services, primarily in risk and finance senior leadership roles for international banks in the UK before he relocated to Australia to lead a successful multi-year controls transformation programme for NAB. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He holds an MSc in Finance from London Business School and an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
