Speaker bio

Mangala Prasetia is a Strategic Delivery Lead in the Transformation team at NAB. Across his last seven years at the bank, he has held a variety of roles including the PB Business Data Steward, Associate Director of Financial Crime Operations controls, as well as a Technology and Operational Risk Manager. He is passionate about data governance, emerging technologies, and using advanced analytics to drive positive social impact.

Previously, he worked in risk consulting and internal audit at PwC and ShineWing Australia, building strong expertise in governance and risk.

Mangala holds an MBA specialising in Strategy from Imperial College London and also completed a double degree in Commerce and Economics through the Monash Business School Scholars Program. Alongside his professional career, he remains actively engaged in community and leadership initiatives, serving on a number of Non-For-Profit boards both locally and globally, employee resource groups and even establishing his own mentoring initiative.
