- Andy joined ING Australia in March 2025 as the new Head of Technology Risk and Control. Prior to joining ING, Andy led Risk and Compliance for Technology at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). He started his career at a Dutch bank, ABN AMRO and has worked for HSBC and Deutsche Bank in the UK. Once he moved back to Australia, Andy held senior leadership roles in Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance at Westpac and Macquarie. For most of his career, Andy has been focused on embedding strong risk management cultures in banks, uplifting the control environments and building trusted and transparent relationships with banking regulators.
