Eddie Chance

Speaker bio: Edward (Eddie) Chance is a tech leader with nearly 4 decades of global experience. Starting at NCR in 1986, he quickly founded his own company before joining Oracle, where he spent well over a decade driving software sales and shaping licensing policy. With expertise spanning finance, utilities, oil, and retail, Eddie rose to become Oracle Scotland’s Country Manager. He went on to lead Adventi Group as CEO, launched a consulting firm, and earned an Executive MBA along the way. He’s since held executive roles at Secureworks, Sparta Systems, and Honeywell, where he led major expansions, built high-performing teams, and delivered standout results—including overseeing a $100M business and spearheading a successful acquisition. Now Vice President of International Business at Archer and a member of the leadership team, Eddie drives global go-to-market efforts outside the U.S. He has also held influential advisory and board roles, helping shape the tech landscape across the UK and EMEA.
