- Jonathan is the Executive for Operational Risk and Controls at NAB, leading operational risk management for the group and driving enterprise wide risk transformation initiatives. He is also a Board Director of ORX, the world’s leading international operational risk management association. He has over 28 years of experience in financial services, primarily in risk and finance senior leadership roles for Morgan Stanley and HSBC in the UK. He relocated to Australia in 2020 to lead a successful multi-year controls transformation program at NAB, building a strong process-centric operational risk and control management capability across the enterprise. Jonathan is a Fellow of FINSIA and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He holds an MSc in Finance from London Business School and an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
